Resonance Healing and Cleansing of the Community Centre and Land

A single Sanctuary principle governs everything that happens between finding the land and building upon it: manifestation should arise from restored relationship, not reactive correction. This does not mean degraded land or difficult conditions cannot be healed. It means the work is not defined by opposition to what is wrong. The deeper question is always: what pattern of wholeness is seeking remembrance here? Once that becomes clear, restoration can proceed without reproducing the very consciousness of the problem it hopes to resolve.

Restore Before Building

Water, terrain, crystalline geology, biodiversity, access and expansion capacity are measurable conditions, and the Property Search dossier will hold them carefully. But the decision to build cannot be reduced to a checklist. The checklist belongs inside a larger relational recognition: does this land support the whole-field coherence the Sanctuary is intended to embody? A site that satisfies every technical criterion may still be wrong if its relationships cannot be entered responsibly. A smaller, less dramatic site may be right if its organismal field is coherent and capable of renewal. Genesis asks the builder to remember Origin before drawing form, and the Group to restore relationship before claiming unity — architecture is asked to wait until the land itself has been heard.

Why Certain Places Are Chosen

The Discourses given through Mother Mary on the establishment of a Radiation Healing Centre speak directly to why certain ground, and not other ground, is drawn into this kind of service: "Why are certain places upon the surface of this planet chosen as foci of protection, of healing and of purity? … a mighty focus of healing was manifest. Temples of Light were visible … the Great Light which has been focused there in the past … has become a MAGNET." The land is not made sacred by the buildings placed upon it. It is chosen because a focus already rests there, however quietly, and the community's task is to become worthy custodians of a current already flowing rather than the originators of something wholly new.

What the Cleansing Asks of Those Who Undertake It

The same Discourse is exacting about what establishing such a focus requires of the people who undertake it, long before the ground itself is touched: invincible protection consciously drawn about the site; the discrimination to hold confidences in silence; the complete absence of spiritual pride; a willingness to become a selfless servant; the trained perception to hold a healing thoughtform steadily; divine love and faith sufficient to trust that "the Law cannot fail"; a purity of mind sustained through every hour, not performed for the occasion; the power of concentration to remain with the work until it is fulfilled; and above all, rhythm — "spasmodic feeding of the energy of your life into spiritual activity does not make for cosmic momentum." A healing focus is not switched on. It is built the way a tide is built, through constancy applied without interruption until the condition yields.

Keeping the Atmosphere Holy

Once a place has been consecrated in this way, the second Discourse — on Respecting and Maintaining a Radiation Sanctuary — describes what must be guarded afterward: "There is quite a Radiation of Cosmic Beings when you assemble in a Sanctuary. This Radiation can be sustained and expanded, if you will keep the atmosphere of a Sanctuary as Holy as possible at all times." Even the physical seats of such a place are described as sometimes occupied, at inner levels, by presences unseen to ordinary sight when the room stands empty. The practical instruction that follows is simple and demanding at once: "Please do not impress upon the ethers of your sanctuaries any thought, feeling, spoken word or deed that is not of Godliness." Cleansing, in this sense, is not a single ceremony performed once before construction begins. It is a discipline of attention that the Community Centre and its land will ask of everyone who ever stands upon it, for as long as it stands.

The Ground Made Ready

Only once this relationship — with the land, and with the current already present within it — has been entered honestly does the Template become ready to receive what the Reshel Idra will ask of it next: a Circle of Initiates and Masters gathered not upon cleared ground alone, but upon ground that has been heard, restored, and consciously prepared to carry what will be asked of it.
