Arkansas is where the planetary vision first encounters the disciplines of Earth. The Pinnacle Mountain area west of Little Rock has been identified as the geographic heart of the first search, and working property specifications already exist — substantial acreage, sufficient elevation, multiple water sources, independent power potential, expansion capacity, Golden Mean architectural principles, and above all a safe and living environment for children. These specifications matter because they transform a spiritual designation into questions that can be researched, mapped, costed, visited, and tested.
Three Columns of Intelligence
The search is held across three distinct columns, kept carefully apart so that each retains its integrity. The first is Source Qualification: what the Discourses and established EGA materials actually state. The second is Terrestrial Evidence: what maps, public records, geology, ecology, law, professional surveys and direct site visits establish. The third is Discerned Relationship: the interpretation through which the search understands how the first two meet. Spiritual Guidance is not asked to substitute for a geological survey, and terrestrial evidence is not permitted to exhaust the meaning of place — each is allowed to do only the work that belongs to it.
Where Reverence Meets Responsibility
A site cannot be chosen because it is visually beautiful, because a property happens to be available, or because a metaphysical description appears compelling. The practical question is always whether the land can responsibly hold the life that may be asked of it. Water must be sufficient without damaging local systems. Access must serve residents and visitors without destroying the character of place. Buildings must respond to climate and terrain. Ecological value must be understood before intervention, and local people must not become invisible simply because a global spiritual purpose has been perceived. For some ground, the first responsible action may be restraint rather than acquisition — the capacity to say "not yet," "not here," or "not in this form" is not a failure of faith. It is evidence that the work has descended far enough to meet the actual intelligence of Earth.
The Optimum Site Parameters
Within the designated Prime Location — an area of roughly 10,200 square miles, with a wider Secondary Location of some 22,700 square miles — the land itself must meet exacting and practical conditions: between 300 and 3,000 acres, at least 400 feet above present sea level, both flat ground for building, housing and food production and high ground for forest and biodiversity, and water frontage where possible. The soil must be uncontaminated, free of pesticide or chemical history; water must be reachable from several independent sources; power should ideally come from free energy generation rather than mains grid; and the site must sit quietly away from noise, traffic and industrial disturbance, while still holding year-round road access, high-speed internet, and a reasonable drive to essential services.
Arkansas itself carries a rare geological signature: the largest continuous, un-segmented deposit of natural quartz crystal in the northern hemisphere, beginning near Little Rock and curving west for over 170 miles, alongside unique magnetic minerals, aquifers and diamond deposits working in synergy with the quartz. It is this blend of energies that gives the Crystal Vortex of Arkansas its particular potency, and why it has long been recognised — by the Atlantean memory the Discourses point to, and by the Sirian-Pleiadian Alliance said still to retain presence there — as ground already in motion toward its part in the Ascension.
A Safe Children's Playground
Whatever else this land becomes, it must first become a safe place for children — for education, for play, and for simply being part of Nature, the Elementals, the Devas and the Angelic Host. No zoning encumbrance, no covenant, and no compromise on this point is acceptable. Buildings placed upon this ground will be environmentally friendly, designed to Golden Mean architectural proportion, and built to complement rather than dominate the landscape they stand within, sufficient at first for between fifty and a hundred residents, staff and guests, with room to grow.
Constellation, Not a Small Circle
Site Intelligence teams will need people of many different kinds working together: those who hold the spiritual and source concordance; researchers of geography and history; those trained in ecology, geology, hydrology and land stewardship; architects and engineers; planning and legal advisers; and people experienced in community formation, education, health, hospitality, food systems and safeguarding. The mature search is therefore not a small circle attempting to do everything itself, but a constellation of capacities, each doing only the part that is truly theirs.
