Lord Melchizedek's closing Discourse for this same Memra renames what were once called Ashrams — a term He describes as too limiting for what is now forming — as Circles of Light, and names four of them, each carrying a distinct Over Lighting Responsibility.

All four, He continues, are interactive with one another — “Circles within Circles, Rings of Consciousness, within Rings of Consciousness” — in full accordance with Divine Will, Divine Order, and the Law of the Circle.
Once a Sanctuary is founded, a further layer of Service is described as stepping forward to embrace the work directly.

Physical locations upon the Earth carry this work forward, gathered into Wheels — each Wheel its own hub-and-spokes system of twelve. Presently confirmed are the Ascension Gates of the human chakra system, each now aligned with its Sponsoring Master; the Sun Discs, the Ascended Master Communities named across Archangel Metatron's Earth-Keeper transmissions; and the Satellites, twelve for each Sun Disc, carrying its radiation outward across the surrounding region. Together the Gates and Discs form twenty-four Narayana Joy Akasha Sanctuaries around the world that will be brought on line as the times draw nearer and the Consciousness of humanity rises sufficiently to Steward them in Divine Kinship — and the Satellites, once named in full, will carry that radiation still further, out into the wider land each Disc serves. A fourth Wheel is now confirmed alongside them: the Artificial Time Warp Wheel, eleven Artificial Time Warp Areas registered against Giza in Book I of Planetary Time Warp Architecture, the first of two Major Time Warp Areas this work is bringing forward.
