Councils of Enlightened Masters who have Created, Overseen and Implemented the Divine Christ Consciousness since the beginning of the Divine Plan — now stepping forward as physical human biology.

What Is a Christ Council
Christ Councils are Councils of Enlightened Masters that Create, Oversee, and Implement the Divine Christ Consciousness. They are the Educators and Supporters of the Christos Energies throughout all times — the Ones behind Christ, the Ones who have always remained veiled and worked behind the scenes in order to Serve their Purpose, and who have Created and held the Seeds for the Evolution of Humanity since the beginning of the Divine Plan. They oversee, organise, and execute the Divine Christos Blueprint first realised, notably, through the Body of Christ some two thousand years ago: an Inner Circle of twelve Apostles, and a wider movement of seventy-two Essenes who helped carry it forward.
Divine Involution
The process by which a Council is fully embodied is described as Divine Involution — the same descent by which Christ entered Yeshua to become Christ Yeshua, by which Maitreya entered Shakyamuni to make him the Buddha, and by which the Disciples were Over Lighted by the Divine Mother after the Resurrection. Some traditions call it being ‘overshadowed’; others, the baptism of the Holy Spirit. As Divine personalities begin to descend into a body, the many human personalities that once governed a life begin to dissolve, replaced by identification with the Divine consciousness now taking it over. Imagine a Christ Council fully embodied: by presence alone, it is said, millions in suffering would be instantly counterbalanced by its Light.
The Christ Council Charter
A Christ Council is not a political arena, and no personality, ego, or self-appointed agenda has a place within it. It exists for one reason only — the Greatest Good of All Concerned — and is open to no race, culture, or segregation. A small number of its Guiding Maxims:
To Align oneself to Divine Will and the Highest Good of All, moving in absolute integrity, impeccability and Self-Mastery.
To operate, offer and emanate Rays of Love from an Open Heart, seeking and sharing individual gifts of awareness, understanding and technique in Service to others.
No individual personality holds exclusive leadership. All are equal, and all have the right to lead, share and make offerings within that equality.
Every contribution is Qualified by the question: does this feel right in the heart? Can it be Qualified by the ‘I Am’ Presence? Is it offered to encourage upliftment or illumination?
Never a venue for profit or self-promotion — only a place to share Skills, Abilities, Qualities, Virtues and Gifts for the Greatest Good of All Concerned.

The Triune Grace Commission
The Elemental Grace Alliance's Christ Council work is carried, organisationally, through what Lady Portia of the Karmic Board of Directors names the Triune Grace Commission — not a new High Council, since the EGA Council already encompasses that full breadth, but a Commission made up of Twelve Seats representing Shamballa, the Hierarchy, and Humanity as the Three Groups of Seven plus the Supplementary Seven: Humanity on the Ground. Its remit runs from Divine Education, Spirituality, Invocations and Christ Council Technique, through Science, Sustainable Energy and the Universal Laws, to Divine Infrastructure, New Children, and the Pyramidal Light Temples that this site calls the Narayana Joy Akasha Sanctuaries. It is, in effect, the living bridge between the Christ Councils described above and the physical Functions & Purpose those Councils exist to ground upon the Earth.
Christ Council Divine Template
Beloved St Germain, offering what the Alliance calls the Christ Council Divine Template, describes this work as a Crusade toward Freedom — the Love, Wisdom, Power, Justice, Joy and Fulfilment that is the Root Essence of Being — undertaken together with those who accept it. Readiness is never assumed of anyone; it can only be freely chosen. Those who do accept it are offered a set of Conditions of Engagement, foremost among them a single, repeated instruction: to Qualify with your own ‘I Am’ Presence First, before any engagement of healing, teaching, gathering, or communication of any kind. It is this inner Qualification, more than any outer form, that the Alliance holds as the true entry point into a Christ Council.
