Sanctuary IV of Twelve · Lake Baikal, Siberia, Russia
The world's oldest and deepest lake, named among the confirmed device-sites of the Twelve.
Lake Baikal appears in the Earth-Keeper transmissions in the same breath as Giza, Stonehenge and Titicaca — one of a small number of sites named directly as holding a confirmed underground Sun Disc device, each linked to twelve smaller satellites of its own, “all in harmonic oscillation” with one another.
Within Lake Baikal, tradition points to Olkhon Island as the place of deepest reverence — home, in Buryat shamanic belief, to the Ezen of Baikal, guardian spirit of the lake, and one of only nine places on Earth said to hold power in this particular, concentrated form.
In Peter's own working discernment, Baikal carries the resonance of Pisces, Purity, Mighty Neptune — held gently, in the fifth-dimensional field of Divine Love.
